Deadline for P11D reports Sunday the 6th of July 2008.
We would like to let all our users out there know that our support service and hotline will be open
from 9am to 5pm Saturday the 5th of July, in preparation for the deadline for filing P11D reports to
The Inland Revenue on Sunday the 6th.

IMPORTANT! Instructions for release 1.0.9.44

NOTE: Please make a note of where your P11DMAN data folder is. e.g. local drive for Stand alone installations, or a shared folder on a server.

1. Run installation, this will automatically uninstall program files (not your data), and reinstall the new program files.

2. Ensure that during set up you point the program files to C:\ drive and DATA path to wherever your P11DMAN currently exists (see note above).

3. Continue through installation until software front screen opens or is prompted. At this stage right click on the middle of the screen and choose the option to REBUILD FILES. If any benefit information is incorrect then a CSV file can be saved to inform you of the appropriate error.

Otherwise right click the screen again and choose CLEAN COMPANIES (this will not seem to do anything, this is normal)

4. Finally on the menu across the top there is a OPTIONS - PRINT OPTIONS tab in here select GENERATE REPORTS. This will set the software to allow you to preview your reports in Acrobat Reader (which should be latest version 8.1) when benefits are complete and ready for printing, filing, or saving.
