How can I tell which version of Taxshield software I am running?

While you are running the P11D Manager programme, click the “Help” tab in the top left-hand corner. Then click the “General” tab to show which version is currently in use.
Is the software approved by the Inland Revenue?

Yes – all Taxshield substitute forms are approved by the Inland Revenue.
I have installed a new version of Taxshield onto my PC, but I can no longer access my records. Have I lost the data, and what should I do?

Please check that you have installed the software into the same directory as your previous Taxshield installation. If you still need help, call our support team on 0870 609
